What PromptGrabber does

PromptGrabber reads the content of the web page you are currently viewing, only when you click the "Grab & Copy Page" button, and copies a cleaned-up version of that text to your clipboard.

What data we collect

None. PromptGrabber does not collect, transmit, or store any of your browsing data, page content, or personal information on any external server.

Where your data stays

Everything PromptGrabber does happens locally in your browser:

• Page text is read only when you click the button, and only from the active tab.
• Your grab history (last 5 pages) is stored using Chrome's local storage, on your own device only.
• Nothing is sent to us, sold, or shared with any third party.

Premium license verification

If you activate a Premium license, the license key you enter is sent to Gumroad's license verification API (api.gumroad.com) solely to confirm the key is valid. No page content or browsing data is included in this request.

Permissions we use and why

• activeTab / scripting: to read the text of the page you are currently viewing, only when you click the button.
• storage: to save your plan status and grab history locally on your device.
• host permissions (all sites): so the extension can work on any website you choose to use it on, not just a specific list of sites.
